Menu Plan Monday (3/8 - 3/14)

I’ve got an exciting week planned. Today, I’m teaching my first couponing class for some of the ladies from my church. I love talking about coupons and how much you can save on groceries and all kinds of stuff.

Then, the end of this week my son, David, will be out of school for winter break, and my in-laws will be coming to stay for the weekend. Finally, on Saturday David is going for a soccer evaluation.

He was signed up to play last year, but then got disappointed because he ended up not getting to play because of his eye surgeries. Thankfully, though, this year he’s good to go and I’m going to officially be a “Soccer Mom.” I’ve already got the van and I’m suppose to get the little magnet to stick on the back. Woo hoo!!

But even with all that fun stuff going on….

~Here’s what’s cooking this week~

Monday - Soft Tacos, Mexican Rice
Tuesday - Pork-N-Beans w/Beef, Macaroni & Cheese Casserole, Peas
Wednesday - Campfire Chicken
Thursday - Biscuits, Eggs, Bacon
Friday - Hamburgers, Baked Potato Wedges (Didn’t have this last week because friends came over and brought pizza.)
Saturday - Slow-cooker BBQ Chicken, Veggies, Pasta
Sunday - Eat Out

Hope you all have some fun things planned for this week also. By the way, tomorrow, I’m sharing a recipe for an incredibly easy and delicious Blueberry Dessert. You don’t want to miss it.
