What a week last week was! I got my daughter potty trained. Can I do a victory dance now? Well, I’m gonna. Woo hoo!! Yay!! 😀 Yeah, I’m okay, really. It’s just that I’ve been trying to get her trained for about a year and she was so determined not to train no matter what I did.
Then along came peer pressure. Emma, her little friend at church, decided to be a big girl, and Brooke wanted to be a big girl too. Thank you Emma!! I just hope this doesn’t mean Brooke is going to fall prey to peer pressure easily. Hmmm….
Okay, moving right along…then on Saturday I got to see my son play his very first soccer game. It was really exciting, especially after being disappointed last year when we had signed him up and then found out he had to have cataract surgery and wouldn’t be able to play.

After that interesting week, I’m thinking of taking it easy this week, at least in the cooking department. I’ve got some pretty simple stuff planned for this week.

Breakfast – Bacon, Egg, Cheese Sandwiches
Dinner – Stuffed Bell Peppers
Breakfast – Breakfast Burritos
Dinner -BBQ Sandwiches, Chips
Breakfast – Leftover Breakfast
Dinner -Pizza & Breadsticks (Yeah, it’s Digiorno.)
Breakfast – Whole Wheat Waffles
Dinner – Mystery Meal (Gonna be a busy day, so I’m not sure yet.)
Breakfast – Cereal
Dinner – Eat out/Leftovers
