French Toast

205  430x toast1 French Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 6 slices bread
  • Confectioner’s sugar

Directions

  1. Blend first 4 items in shallow dish.
  2. Heat margarine in skillet until bubbly but not brown.
  3. Dip bread in mixture, coating both sides thoroughly.
  4. Fry until golden brown on both sides, turning once.
  5. Serve hot with syrup and a sprinkle of confectioner’s sugar.
