Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 6 slices bread
- Confectioner’s sugar
Directions
- Blend first 4 items in shallow dish.
- Heat margarine in skillet until bubbly but not brown.
- Dip bread in mixture, coating both sides thoroughly.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides, turning once.
- Serve hot with syrup and a sprinkle of confectioner’s sugar.
