Ingredients
- 8 medium Granny Smith apples, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
Directions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Saute 15 to 20 minutes, or until apples are tender.
Serves 6
