Ingredients

  • 8 medium Granny Smith apples, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a  large skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Saute 15 to 20 minutes, or until apples are tender.

Serves 6
