This is the best Peach Cobbler ever!! Served with ice cream, it hits the spot every time.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 lg can peach pie filling
- 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
Directions:
- Melt butter in 2 quart casserole.
- Add can of peaches to melted butter in casserole, evenly spread peaches.
- Mix together milk, sugar, vanilla flavoring, and flour.
- Pour mixture over top of peaches.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serves 6-8
